I named my blog after the nickname my Dad would call me as a little girl. He is known for coming up with witty nicknames for everyone in the family and I definitely had a few but “blonderella” was a favorite of his and it just kind of stuck. I am blonde, loved princesses and Cinderella was one of my favorites – that’s how he came up with it. I love that a piece of my Dad will always be connected and part of my blog.

Originally I am from southern California – born and raised. I moved to Alabama full time in 2016

I am 5 feet tall and for sizing references on outfits I usually wear petite in all bottoms (25/26) and a small in tops/dresses

I met Bobby my sophomore year in college at The University of Alabama in 2016. We dated all through out college and when he went off to med school to pursue his medical career. We had to navigate the challenges of a long-distance relationship until 2021 when he secured a spot at the Birmingham rotation site. That milestone marked the moment when we finally moved in together and made Birmingham our home. Ever since then, we’ve been happily living together with our little pup, Allie. And then, on the best date of 5.21.23, Bobby surprised me with a proposal at Vulcan Park – you can read our engagement story here!
