Happy Thanksgiving everyone! It really means so much to me to have an audience like y’all who enjoy reading my posts. I hope that my words help and inspire you each and everyday. Y’all are what motive me to provide more and better content whether thats fashion/outfit tips, travel guides, recipes or my home decor tips. I love being able to share my thoughts and advice with all of you on theblonderella.com.
Along with my blog family (you guys haha), I’m also thankful for my family and friends that fill my life up with an abundance of love and laughter. I truly can’t express how much I love my big crazy family. They support me in all my decisions and I know I can always go to them in a time of need or comfort. I’m also thankful for my sweet boyfriend who makes a cameo in my blog posts and instagrams every now and then haha. It’s been two incredible years together and I wouldn’t want to do life with anyone else. He’s honestly the best and makes me so happy. I could keep going on and on about how great he is haha!
As this year comes to a close I reflect on so much that has happened and I truly am thankful for each and everyone in my life that surround me with the utmost support and love. Thank you for always following along and being apart of my story. Have a Happy Thanksgiving everyone.
So without further ado, I thought I’d share how the Haymaker Family does Thanksgiving!
We always set the table very festively with autumn and fall decorations like the white pumpkin plates and bowls on our dinning room table. Although I’ve already been in “Christmas Mode” for weeks now, we don’t officially bring out our Christmas decor until Black Friday. So the table stays with the fall and autumn decor for Thanksgiving, which is fitting.
Don’t forget the booze! (haha) My parents are known for being quite the wine connoisseur’s therefore we always have a bunch of different libations for every occasion and everyone. My mom likes to display them in this vintage wine rack in a little nook in our dinning room, complete with mixers and stirs of course! She’s quite the decorator haha, hoping her skills get passed along to me.
Lastly, I finish off the table setting decor with some votive candles for a more relaxed feel. My Nana, Mom, Dad and I gather around the kitchen filling our plates with food and sit down in the dining room to say grace. We finish our yummy turkey dinner meals and change into our jammies to decorate our Christmas tree and let the tryptophan from the Turkey kick in haha. I hope you all have a wonderful holiday season filled with love and laughter. Next up is Christmas and I just can’t wait!
Happy Thanksgiving and thank you from the bottom of my heart.
