Fall is right around the corner! For some of you (depending on where you live) fall might have already arrived! Either way with the change of season comes one of my favorite things… change in wardrobe. This fall I’m really into putting together trendy looks that are also very comfortable. I love the colder and crisp weather but I also like to be warm and cozy in it haha if that makes sense. So below I have put together some easy looks you can try to recreate and style for yourself this fall.

This look, featured in more detail below, is one of my favorites. I mean wearing a long duster cardigan for the fall is like walking out of your house wrapped up in a blanket but still looking cute and chic haha. I’m all about comfort as I said before so this look really makes me feel cozy and effortless. I love when an outfit comes together and sticking with neutral colors for this look was the perfect option. Right now camisoles and cardigans are very trendy so try to get your hands on some lace cami’s to freshen up your fall wardrobe.

6 Fall Outfit Ideas

  1. The Gilmore Girl: I love this look because you can dress it up or down, add a coat or leave as is if its not too cold out yet. I call it the Gilmore Girl look because it gives me major Rory Gilmore vibes from the show. ps: it’s my fav. show!

  2. Study Like Grainger: You all know I love Harry Potter and fall just screams Harry Potter movie marathons for me haha. I always love to throw in a graphic T with a casual look and this look is just that. Casual! Sometimes jeans and a sweater is all you need but to add a little extra style to it I threw on a blanket scarf and my favorite oxford shoes from Modcloth.

  3. Quidditch Game-day Look: Yes, another HP graphic sweater haha. But if you aren’t a HP fan like me substitute it for something else like your college football team. I love this look because its so simple but looks very trendy and chic. The over-the-knee boots make the look and work well with the duster coat. Get your hands on some OTK boots this season. ps: probably one of my favorite fall looks!

  4. The Sunset Seeker: I love when I get to wear my rain boots and in my opinion they are a fall wardrobe staple. Fall weather can be so unpredictable and where I live it rains almost every other day. So rainboots are crucial to own but also very versatile. I like this look because of all the fall colors I incorporated. During this time of year I like to match nature and wear more warmer colors like reds, burgundy’s, deep greens and neutrals. Sometimes I’ll wear my rainboots even if its not raining, like if my the bay or if its just cold out. There’s no rules ladies haha!

  5. The Cami & Cardi: Long duster cardigans are my absolute favorite trend this season!!! I love them because they are so convenient and cozy. Also, I’m only 5’1 so it really works with any height. For me personally, I always try and wear a wedge or heel with them so that they dat drag on the ground because of my height. The lace camisole with it makes the look a bit sexy and cozy which is the ultimate combo in my opinion haha.

  6. The Cozy Cruiser: Oxfords, neck ties, and 3/4 quarter length sleeve sweaters are my favorite combo! Again, these looks are meant to be super casual and things you probably already have in your closet. Step up your sweater game with a neck tie and some cute oxford shoes. I like to mix patterns sometimes too. For instance my sweater is navy and red striped but my neck tie is a navy paisley design and they still go together. So its out to literally “mix and match” as long as its subtle.

“True style is not about having a closet full of expensive and beautiful things – it is instead about knowing when, where and how to utilize your collection.”

I love this quote because I find it to be so true! It doesn’t matter where you shop, just how you style it. I hope you all liked my 6 Fall Outfit Ideas for the season and that it was helpful for you. I’m so excited for the new change of season and if you recreate these looks I’d love to see them!!! xo
